Mélanie Schmit is a multi-award-winning Pomeranian groomer and breeder (Champion of Belgium, Luxembourg, International, etc.). Her passion for the breed began in 2006 when she accidentally acquired her first Spitz. She then embarked on breeding and grooming Pomeranians. Passionate about dog shows, Mélanie learned how to prepare her beloved little furballs for the ring from the leading specialists in the breed.
During her apprenticeship, Mélanie gathered together her favourite techniques to create her own style. Now a world expert in Pomeranian grooming, Mélanie is totally dedicated to the breed. As well as being an extraordinary Spitz breeder and groomer, Mélanie has also become a well-known speaker.
This hands-on workshop is a unique opportunity to get stuck in and refine your grooming technique directly on your own dog. Under Mélanie’s watchful and supportive eye, you’ll receive personalised expert advice. She’ll guide you step by step to master the precise, tailored techniques needed to bring out the best in the Spitz’s distinctive coat and achieve a perfect result.
Don’t have a template? If you don't have a model, you can attend the workshop as an observer! You will pick up every tip, demonstration, and practical application, allowing you to learn and absorb Mélanie's expert methods in full detail.
Prerequisites for optimal progress:
To ensure the quality of learning, this workshop is reserved for those who have previously attended a Pomeranian training course with Melanie, or who participated in the 'Pomeranian Demo: Bath & Grooming' day on May 17th.
